A sound mind lives in a sound body. If you have a sound mind that's mean you are a happy person. So to be happy keep your body fit. To keep your body fit and healthy you need to follow some rules. This is not very difficult. Just practice it regularly it would become your habit.
1.Get up early from your bed. Drink at least two glass of water and do not eat any thing for 45 minutes.Brush your teeth for 10 minutes. Use paste and mouth wash.
2.Go out for a walk in the open air. Do some free hand exercise. Take a bath in a little hot water.
3.Try to avoid junk food for your meal.Take as much vegetables as you can. Eat some fruits every day. You must take you meal at a fixed time every day. Indiscipline in taking meal causes many physical problems. Drink water after 30 minutes of your meal. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day. Remember it is the most important part of every health rule.
4.Laugh when ever you can. It will refresh your mind and you will find interest in you life. At least act like laughing for 5 minutes every day.
5.If you work with a computer, keep it beside a window and look outside though the window after every 10 minutes. Keep the room light on when you watch TV. It keep your eyes well.
6.If you work in a office sitting on chair, take a walk after every 75 minutes.
7.Visit new places. It is better to visit the place with natural beauty. Nature always keeps a good impassion on us.
8.Find a goal of your life. If you don't have a goal you will become hopeless very soon.
9.Remember not only a sound mind lives in a sound body but also a sound mind is must for a sound body.
10.keep good relationship with others. Help other when ever you can. Helping others makes our mind broad. It is very effective to protect heart disease. Express your opinion clearly.
11.Do your house hold work yourself. Pass as much time as you can with your family. Make your family bond strong.
12.In the evening try to play some game like football. If you can't do this then at least walk or run.
13.Go to bed early at night. Take your dinner 2 hours before you go to sleep.
